For all garments except wetsuits:
Machine wash in cold water with like colours
Do NOT Tumble dry
Hang to dry in a cool shady area away from sun
Do not use bleach, fabric softeners or dryer sheets
Do not iron
The below special care is required for your 2XU wetsuit:
When getting into and out of the wetsuit, step into the legs and pull the suit over the knee and up to the waist, being careful not to snag the high stretch materials with toe and fingernails. Insert arms into the sleeves until the suit covers the shoulders. Pull the gusset over the head (front entry suits only) and close the zipper. To get out of the suit, reverse the process, turning the suit inside out as you go. Wetsuit for surface activity only read instructions before use hand wash only drip line drying in shade do not iron do not bleach do not tumble dry do not dry clean.

I am very pleased with my purchases.
These tights give my legs tangible support and seem to help me during my workout.
I am actually 77 years old but I am told considerably fitter than most other men of my age.
The compression garments provide support that I find comfortable and helpful whilst exercising.

I have to have a tall in order to fit my long legs. According to the size charts I should wear a small tall, but everyone on my small talls have had problems with the seams and I have had to sew the places that have opened up. This time I ordered a medium tall in order to see if the seams will last longer. The mediums seem to fit just as well as the small. The 2XU tights are one of the few vendors that have a tall. Other vendor's tights fit me like a three quarter length, which I do not like.
Got an L even though I was between M and L and recommended size was M
It’s also pretty good for winter running.
Only thing missing is a side hip phone pocket. The back one is not ergonomic, and clunky looking with a phone in it. My under armour Rush tights have the side pocket and I love them. That would make these tights a 10/5!
