2XU has a strict Customer Return Policy and Procedure to ensure that each item is dealt with quickly and professionally. ย We will allow a change of mind return for refund, provided that the item in question is

  1. A full priced and/or sale item;
  2. returned within 30 days of order from;
  3. in original purchased condition with tags attached;
  4. not underwear or socks; and
  5. not damaged in any way.

For these returns you are required to pay postage to 2XU.

We're happy for you to try on clothing to see if it fits but for hygiene reasons please wear your own underwear underneath the garment. If your clothing purchase is the incorrect size we will gladly offer you a refund on items excluding socks and underwear if returned within 30 days of its original purchaseย if product is in original purchased condition with tags attached.ย For these returns you are required to pay postage to 2XU.ย  As stock availability across our range fluctuates, we cannot guarantee that weโ€™ll have the preferred item that you wish to exchange for in stock. Instead, we ask you to purchase your preferred item through the website and submit your request for a full refund for the item that you wish to return. Refunds from returns will be processed by 2XU within 7 working days.

Once we have received and confirmed the returned products comply with our returns policy, refunds or credits will be processed within 7 working days. Refunds will be credited back into the original account of payment.

**IMPORTANT** - 2XU takes no responsibility for returned items that do not reach us. We suggest that you get postal insurance before sending the items.

Your 2XU experience is important to us, therefore Items purchased in-store can be returned or exchanged in-store within 30 days of purchase, as long as theyโ€™re in a sellable condition. Simply take your items back to the place of purchase with your receipt and ask to speak with the store manager, who will be happy to help. Our change of mind policy does not apply to garments which are sold as samples or seconds.

Our change of mind policy applies in addition to, and does not affect your rights, under the consumer guarantees which apply under the Australian Consumer Law.

When will my purchase be refunded?

We will process your refund as soon as weโ€™ve received and inspected your return and confirmed it complies with our returns and exchange policy. You will receive an email confirming that your refund has been processed, and the funds will appear in original account used to make the purchase within 3-7 business days depending on your bank.

Damages and issuesย 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
