I’ve been using these calf guards regularly for running and also on days with a lot of walking and standing. They provide noticeable support and help reduce calf fatigue without feeling overly tight or uncomfortable.

They’re easy to put on, stay in place, and work well both during longer runs and for recovery afterward. I especially like that I can wear them for a couple of hours post‑run and feel less heaviness in my calves. A great addition to my training and recovery setup.

I got these to help with a medical condition as I find the other traditional compression socks too hot to wear. I had read the reviews prior to buying and was glad that I did as these compression socks do run small! I would definitely suggest getting the next size up. Otherwise, they are very comfortable and I’ve had no issues so far.

Did a power pump exercise and I almost could not walk after that. My friend recommended 2XU over the ones sold in pharmacy and it helps really well after my second session. Maybe 2XU should sell their products through pharmacy as well. Its medical grade I would say.
