The compression is lighter than my other 2XU calf guards, however, I really like the seams at the top and bottom which prevent rolling when wearing all day. The material is nice and light.

I wear these under compression running tights. I recently bought them as advised by my vascular surgeon as extra leg protection due to the intensity of running on my legs. My calves are feeling really supported when I wear them, and I'm returning to running post-surgery without any problems.
