1. West Malaysia (Peninsular Malaysia) standard shipping rate is RM6.00
Shipping is FREE for orders over RM350.00

2. East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak & Labuan) standard shipping rate is RM8.00.
Shipping is FREE for orders over RM350.00

Is it possible to modify my order after submitting it?

When can I receive the item I ordered?

All orders are delivered through our designated courier service provider. The standard delivery time will  be 3 - 5 business days for West Malaysia, and 7 - 10 business days for East Malaysia. We aim to deliver all orders within the schedule. However, we are not able to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame.

Can I Ship To A Hotel, Serviced Apartment Or Concierge?

Yes. Please inform the hotel reception/concierge in advance and ensure they are authorised to receive your parcel. All deliveries will be made to the front desk according to hotel policy. Once the parcel is accepted and signed for by the hotel staff, the delivery is considered complete and 2XU is unable to assume responsibility for any loss or misplacement within the premises.

How can I track my order?

You can track your order using the tracking number from the shipping confirmation sent via SMS. Please allow a few hours before checking the status of your order as it takes some time to update once your order is with the carrier.

What should I do if my order does not arrive?

If after 7 business days and your order has not arrived, please contact our customer support for further assistance.
