For all garments except wetsuits:
Machine wash in cold water with like colours
Do NOT Tumble dry
Hang to dry in a cool shady area away from sun
Do not use bleach, fabric softeners or dryer sheets

The below special care is required for your 2XU wetsuit:
When getting into and out of the wetsuit, step into the legs and pull the suit over the knee and up to the waist, being careful not to snag the high stretch materials with toe and fingernails. Insert arms into the sleeves until the suit covers the shoulders. Pull the gusset over the head (front entry suits only) and close the zipper. To get out of the suit, reverse the process, turning the suit inside out as you go. Wetsuit for surface activity only read instructions before use hand wash only drip line drying in shade do not iron do not bleach do not tumble dry do not dry clean.

these fit great and true to size. compression and support is wonderful. only down side is they don't have a slide in pocket for keys or phone or cash.. most of the tights these days have a streamlined pocket for such items.
I have been wearing these tights in the gym for years and they are excellent. They provide great support and great flexibility at the same time. It is like wearing a second skin. My only gripe would be that the groin area gets quite worn over time (about a year). However, considering I wear them multiple times a week, every week, this is to be expected. Also, this issue doesn’t seem to be as pronounced with more recent versions of the product.
The overall best lightweight compression tight you can buy/get that focuses on all the major leg muscles with the MCS stamping. A must have for us aging weekend warriors and amateur athletes and gym rats. If you do use these purely for your Leg training in the Gym though expect to replenish or buy more pairs more often, Although you should still get close to 2 years of wear. strictly running or CrossTraining these tights will last 5++ year with proper care and washing. I now own several pair I rotate through. This is not a Winter or Cold weather tight though bear in mind. I’m 5’11 and 195-200lbs…on border between Medium/Large and the Large was super snug! Adjust accordingly... Perfect recovery tight to wear after lower body workouts and feel much less fatigue and much less soreness the next day.

I have been wearing on my runs since July 1, 2023 . They are tight but comfortable have plenty of compression. I purchased the S size and fit as expected. They give plenty of support for my knee I had injured , which is the main reason for purchasing . I have sinced purchased a couple more different types on their compression tights . So far holding up great
